;D As a women in the "good ole boy association that has dictated the insurance industry for many years" I can assure you that there is presently an ongoing shift that will change everything in this industry.
I think a cultivated neutrality and openness to the bigger picture is the foundation of wisdom. If we proceed with confidence as an industry and do what we feel strongly must be done, we will come together as leaders.
This organization has tremendous potential to serve our industry and cultivate talent and take it seriously regardless of which chromosome we inherited at birth. We can perfect our skills with regular practice of skillful relating and diligent study of our profession and the insurance industry.
There is a place here for independent judgement and as professionals we should expect no less than what we deserve. New electronic contracting systems may allow us to reap the benefits of hard work and commitment to the industry.
